Naaptol is my first & best online shopping which I got on time satisfactory resolution.

I ordered Blackberry Mobile from Naaptol and i have received it in 6 days as they inform me that will be received within 7-10 working days.But there is one mistake I have received this mobile without Blackberry Pouch.Immediately I called to Naaptol Customer Care and they inform to me that you will get callback from Vendor within 48 working hrs but I\'m not getting what they was saying after second day i got call from vendor.First he was asking me about the issue the I informed him I haven\'t received Black berry pouch with product and after that he said to me you will get your missing part within a week.Again I keep quite for one week but thankful to unknown Executive and Naaptol because I got this within 4 days.

Its very very very Quick and Best service provide to me Naaptol again I would like to thank Naaptol and whole team who are connect with Naaptol.My best suggestion is that Deal with only Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. and ignore all comment against Naaptol because I about my experience with Naaptol is very Best customer service and I would like to say that Naaptol is thinking all level people which one I like this service.
