Respected Sir/Mam,
I have purchased Boss 33 - Ultra Sleek Mobile frpm naaptol.com from their website
after gone through the advertisement in Sandesh of the same. My order number is 441822.
The following defects were observed on operating the above said mobile:
- mobile charger is defective.
- no extra battery found
- no proper voice while talking and some time even we can\'t talk and call failed.
i ordered on 30-may-2010 and i got mobile on 2-June-2010
when opened everything i found that mobile charger is defective,
this kind of charger is not found in any mobile shop because it is unique.
so i request for replace charger in customer care on 3-June-2010.
they told me to wait 7-10 business working days..
but by this way i had called 5-6 times to customer care and even talked with senior executive for my problem but i didn\'t get my charger still after 23 days.
i have proof of all the voice recording with customer care and senior executive.
Please Review all below point for the Naaptol company and tell me what i can do with this company with rules i just want to case on this company for cheating customers.
• Naaptol has the tendency to misguide the customer by advertising it in popular news papers .
• Mobile Charger is damaged and complaint 6 times but i didn\'t get charger still now after 20 days.
• No Extra Battery found in Mobile package.
• In the case of defective product; there is no privilege to replace it or rufund for that.
• Even if you want to talk to customer care; your call will be charged.
It is therefore humbly requested that please help me towards the replacement/claim of new serviceable mobile set or full refund.
