I have taken personel loan against my credit card No.51********xxxxxx the loan has under settlement the period of last EMI to pay in sept.2010 on dated 05/05/2010,rajori garden ,delhi branch represetative ask me to pay Rs.4000/ as EMI , Iwent to PNB Bank ATM But it shows me zero balance this quite surprising me , Iconnected the customer care he says your account has blocked by credit card division of HDFC bank ,this quite surprising me ,when I am agree to pay my loan credit card why bank has stop my bank account without any prior notice to me ,when I am doing my payment as per the instruction of bank, I have no bad intension for bank , so it is requested to u please activate my account No02********2537;Debit Card No. :43********7xxxxx , This is my humble request to you please be activate &remove hold from my account so Imay able to pay ur EMI and other Routine payments like Houserent/electricity Bill/ take my necessary fooding please, Kindly do the sympethically action in this regard in view of bank repotation .

My saving account in hdfc bank and account no.is 05541050019887 this account is hold by credit card section without any information. due to credit card payment i always paid my dues in time. as per my credit card settlement and Collection Department direction . My settlement issue on dated. 30/12/2010. and hdfc collection manager told my to pay same day but i was enable to deposit amount but collection department told me. you can deposit 800 rupees this month. and 2200 deposit next month. after next month you can pay Complete balance amount,3000 rupees I was agree for that. and i do as he told me. but now they told me your settlement expire and cheating me the give to short time only 7 day for two installment how i can pay this amount in too short time. if the need installment why the receive less amount according to minimum amount. My salary transferred to my saving but this salary hold by bank. without any information. i was out of station. so i was unable to deposit amount. but as i came back i have also deposit the due amount.
Kindly note that I also maintain a bank account with HDFC Bank, credit card no434********27100.
please free my account. my family depend on my salary if you will not free my account my family pass mentally harassment. if family member take any step. bank will be responsible for that. kindly I requisting to you please take take legal action against bank.

I raised my concern to the bank authorities who asked my to talk to the credit card department. However, on approaching the credit card department, they refuse to entertain my complaint. they told me your settlement expire. But i have already pay them. complete settle amount. and i requesting you please free my a/c because my family is depend on my salary and passing harrasment without fund. and i am also passing very tight position without fund.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to give my back my money.
