Sir, I have Booked Reservations (Both Up and Down) Ticket For Three Passengers at Naihati Reservations Counter.

I had Booked Return Reservations From Dumraon to Howrah with PNR Number 263-6926420 and Ticket Number-******** from Amritsar Express (Train No-3050).And its for jurny on 27/07/10. But due to huge delay in trains arrivals at Dumraon Station 0n 27/07/10 ,My parents are failed to bored on Amritsar express.So they reaches Reservations counter at dumraon Stations.But the office staff at Dumraon misguide him.They told them that this tickets will not be canceled form this Station,Because it is issued from others stations,u will get Your refundable money from the counter where your sun has made this reservations.So they returned back From others Trains,with new Generals tickets.Today( on 29/07/10) i ,myself reach to Naihati ,reservations counters to cancel this ticket.But they show me the fear of RPF and first told me that i can't cancel these tickets from any reservations counter ,to cancel it i have to go at Dumraon Stations again.So i will so my interest to move.but i needs in written that they Can't cancel my ticket from hare.

Therefore I needs Your Interference to solve my Problem.
