Since long i m using Idea Cellular No. ********44 and this is my business number, around april & May i was out side delhi due to some bad happening in my family, in between i hv not used this number.In between IDea have stopped service of my mobile without intimating anything to me.
Now I hv requested there Idea Customer care Outlet for starting this service, they told me pl deposit rs.250 to reactivation of my number, i did that thing also, but number is not started but surprisely i received a bill for the amount of rs.106/- i again told customer care office that i rcvd a bill but number is not in working.now they told me that your number will never activate.
Now in this month i hv also received a bill for the amount of rs.56/-. I don't know why they r doing this type of activity.
I was not thinking this type of behaviour fm the company whose credit is so good in market.
Now this is my humble request to u pl, start my number asap.
