BSNL Limited - "My Bsnl landline is not working from past one week

My Landline connection number 0512-2216765 is not working from past one week. Several times i have complaint about this inconvenience every time the person who receives the call provides a different complaint number.But none is able to provide a solution to my problem.
Sir please tell me when will this problem be solved in a day , week ,month ,year or never and please provide waiver for the period.
