Idea Cellular - my astrology subscription is not deactivated

astrology service is activated in my phone but the keyword and number for deactivation is wrong.
i talked with costumer care but she said your service is deactivated on today till 9:30 am but till now 11:7 i have not get the deactivation message.
the service is idea is very pooooor!
if the service is not deactivated i will port my number
