I have noticed once that my prepaid a/c was debited for Rs 4412 without my knowledge.
When I contact, multilink said that I gave phone authorization to debit to buy 1 lac SMS. I never called anyone in multlink to have SMS service. I sent an email to nikhil and chirag. No one responded to my e-mails even though such fraud is happening in their company. I have proof of how the money is stolen from account. Then I had to fight with too many departments in multilink to get that money refunded. With multilink anything can happen. It is easy to steal money from agents/sub agents account. You just have to call multilink and tell another agency name, address and phone. Then the a/c will be debited from third party a/c without any written authorization. Multilink is not genuine company, please stay away from multlink.

Multilink world is one of the worst franchiser, who don't care to give service for franchisee. The website they provide for the travel agents, distributors are not at all professional. Most of the time the web site doesn't respond. It is is a dummy website, no ticket booking can be done using their web portal. Customer care support is very un professional, don't know english at all. I spent 10000 to become an agent and it is a waste of money. They promised to send the pamphlet, banner and certificates. Its more than a year nothing is sent so far. I sent several e-mails to [email]nikhil@multilinkworld.com[/email], but no response. They have no obligation to reply to their clients. Please, please stay away from this company. They just wanted your franchise fees. looks like the customer care is didn't pass 7th grade too.

Franchiseindia should show moral responsibility to remove the fraud company multilink. Otherwise poor investors, agents like me will be cheated by reading the biased review.

I too had very bad experience with multilinkworld. They just wanted your money for no service.
Most of the time the web portal they provide will be down. Their pre paid a/c is suddenly stopped working. When complaint is made no one is giving the right answer. It is down from past 1 week (Dec 4 to De 10), but no corrective actions took. Customer care is very arrogant and have no courtesy to inform their agents, distributors what went wrong.

I sent e-mail to mitesh@multilinkworld.com and nikhil@multilinkworld.com - So far no corrective actions.

Please beware of multilinkworld. This company should be banned to do business.
I request all agents, distributors to go to consumer court to get back your deposit money.

I AM UR DEALER AND I M NOT GETING ANY SERVICES WHICH WAS PROMISED BY YOUR MARKETING HEAD MR BHAVESH SOLANKI .I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED WELCOME KIT, MARKETIN PAPER,AND A GIFT VOUCHER WHICH HE HAD PROMISED ME WILL TAKING YOUR FRANCHISE.TILL TODAY ALSO HE IS ASYING SIR KYA BAAT KARTE HO APKO ABHI TAK NAHI MILA MEIN AJJ HI BHEJ DETA HOON PER HE NEVER DO IT.

This is a completely fake company.
I thank the person who saved be as i too was gonna fall prey to their earn online portals, which they always come up with.
