Consumer Awareness - MTS Telecom Service CheaterRRRR.....

I am using MTS telecom service in Jaipur, Rajasthan. on 20th november they started callertune service, live aarti and one more by themself and deducted balance of around 70 INR from my main balance. And in live aarti service they deduct additional 1.25 rs per day.Now from last 3 days i am daily requesting to stop this service and return my balance but nothing doing.Every time customer care person says that you will get balance and service will get stopped in 4 hours.Finally what is happening is that no service stopped and daily balance is deducting regularly.They are Biggggg..... cheaters.
