Wajid - Mr.Wajid-Tile contractor took my Rs 5000.00 and vanished and barred my calls too

I run a small interior business, I visited a marble shop on sarjapur road for purchasing
Granite, I got a granite layer referred by them, His name was wajid, i took him to my site and told what needs to be done, he told the told labour charges would be 20K, and asked for a advance of 10k, i issued a advance of 5k through cash at marathalli, he came next a day with a single labour at 10.00 am and the labour vanished by 2.00pm, then i called him, he never picked my call, at last he barred my call, i went back to the granite shop and gave a complaint, the person who referred told he would return back the money, then wajid messaged that he would give in 3 days, its almost 3 months, because of him my work got delayed by a week, Sir Please help me in getting my money.
