NO RESPONSE FROM NOKIA KOTWALNAGAR NAGPUR CARE CENTER.

Dear Sir,
I lodged a written complaint with NOKIA CARE CENTER, KotwalNagar, Nagpur, for non-replacement of NOKIA 2600 faulty charger (impounded by dealer) or non refund of Rs.475/ by Nokia Dealer M/s. Balaji Enterprises, Nagpur.
Mr. Prabhakar, Incharge, Nagpur NOKIA assured to take up the matter with dealer for replacement / redressal / common meeting but, in vain.
My reminders have no effect on Care Center.
I therefore request you to kindly :
1. Send e-mail to Nagpur NOKIA CARE CENTER, KOTWALNAGAR on id:
\"PS Nagpur, Nokia Care\" ,
2. Contact the above dealer for replacement/ refund of Rs.475/-.
3. As regards the kutchha bills ( No CST /BST Nos.) the dealer has refused to give printed legal cashmemos, impounded the charger and not even refunced the mount.
