Vodafone Hyderabad - mobile service disconected without my mistake in it

hi this is vinod working as an assistant state bank of India mangalagiri recently i took a sim from Vodafone mobile service on 22/05/2012 and now my outgoing calls are barred on 1/6/2012 saying that i did not submitted the proof but i have submitted the proofs at the time of purchasing the sim card,
i took the sim at balaji mobile services at mangalagiri later on 1/6/2012 i asked the vendor that my outgoing calls are barred he said that the service agents did not submitted the identification proofs to the sevice provider they said that the problem will be resolved on 1/6/2012 but till now it was not resolved as i submitted my identification and address proofs properly i am unable continue mobile services please do the needful
