I went to renewal my monthly mmts pass at Huppuguda on date 10-10-2012 at 9.42 a.m. There are two counters for ticket selling at platform No.1. So I went to a counter, but the ticket clerk (gents) bluntly said not now, go and come after half an hour for pass renewal. the counter has no crowd still he behaves like this and the train time is also at 10.03 a.m. (Falaknuma to Lingampally). So I asked him, can I get pass form other two counters, he said I don't know. I said you are in charge and howcome, you don't know? Then I went to other counter sideby on the same platform No.1 and the Lady ticket seller gave me the pass.

So they are public servant & there to serve the public. But thinking themselves as kings. This is not the first time, even I have got this kind of behaviour many times during pass renewal. Because we are paying the amount not asking for renewal in free.
