Northeast Frontier Railway - Missmanagement at the 2AC couch of North East exp

We are traveling in 2nd AC compartment of North East exp 2506 from Delhi and ever since the train has started the AC of the compartment is not working and none of the staff is available to listen and resolve the issue. the journey has become a nightmare.

I dot know if this reaches to the relevant people or not if it is then i would request the authorities to lookin to the matter so that others do not suffer aftre paying a good sum of money for nothing.
