Indian Railways - Miss management at SL coaches

Respected Sir,
On dtd. 02.08.2011, my family was traveling from 13247 / Dnr Capital Exp. from Kamakhya (KYQ) to Kursela (KUE) in S5 – 01 & 04 no. The fan was not working totally SL Coaches, I am also complain to Kamakhya (KYQ) station but no response my complain, so kindly request you solve the problem.
