Airtel Telemedia Services - MISLEADING / CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS

I AM POSSESSING AIRTEL CONNECTION NO.9898042468. DURING LAST 5 YEARS, SEVERAL TIMES I AM FACING POOR OR NIL NETWORK PROBLE AT MY HOME. LODGING COMPLAINTS, REPLY RECEIVED THAT" we are already working on your complain and a new cell site has been proposed in your area." AS THEY CONFIRM THE POOR NETWORK EVENTHOUGH, AIRTEL COLLECTING FULL RENT FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE SERVICES. THIS IS "HITLAR SHAHI " OF THE COMPANY.FURTHER AHMEDABAD IS METRO CITY AND COMPANY CLAIMS FULL NETWORK COVERAGE IN AHMEDABAD. IS THIS NOT A MISLEADING/ CHEATING WITH CONSUMERS. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?
