I want to state that myself and my son went to bank around 1145 on 06july,2010 for submitting the application form for GMADA,Mohali plots .
The staff on duty at enquiry counter said the form will be submit to the office of MR. Sharma manager of SBI, but sorry to inform you that Mr Sharma is busy to talk on the telephone about ten minutes then we requested him that we want to deposit this form ,He stated that we will not submit this form even today was the last date of submitting the form(06.07.2010).
Even we requested him again for submitting the form but he misbehaved and abused and said us to get out from his office immediatly.We again requested him that today is last date to submit the application form and your branch is authorised branch to collect the form but again he misbehaved and used abused words with us and said you complaint to any higher authority ,i does not bother about any higher authority.we again requested him to give in writing that he will not collect our form ,but he refused to do that and told that is not my duty , and he again got busy to talk in telephone and didnot listened us.

So you are requestin please take discliplinary action against this type of officers which is damaging the image of state bank of india.
