Twinkle Boutique - Misbehaviour

The boutique owner firstly makes defective blouses and charges high for the same (stitching charge).
After complianing about the defects , the owner (name Twinkle) misbehaves (shows attitude). and charge additional charges again for correcting it.
She uses abusive laguage and threatens the customer if asked for refunding for the damaged stitching.
My suggestion is NEVER go to this Boutique
I want some action should be taken against her as she harashes the customer
