I am regular traveller of Haryana Roadways City Bus service Gurgaon. I use to go from Mahavir chowk (near bus stand) to Metro station. Normally I buy ticket for Rs 5/- (HUDA metro or MG Metro). On 18 Sept,2013 when I board Haryana City Bus No.HR55s-4608
I found the conductor was heavily drunk I also saw him fighting with some fruit seller named Jitendra(I searched later). When He came to bus and said ticket is for 10/- for Metro station. The public denied his and say it is Rs5/- why You are charging more. He said get down from bus immediately.
I was the last one in stepping down from the bus. Then driver shouted on me with abusing "Utar ja jaldi ******" I just said "badtimitzi kyu bol rahe ho utar to rahe hein" but again he shouted and told the conductor to pull me in the bus and beat me. Conductor was heavily drunk and pull my shirt and slapped me for no reason and I also start defending myself. Suddenly conductor pulled my bag and try to lift me in the bus and driver start the bus and run the bus like anything. I was in the bus alone and conductor was hitting me. When I try to save me and ran from the rear door driver close the door intentionally by auto switch(compressure). My hand was badly stuck in door I was completely helpless and still conductor did not stop beating me. I am badly injured. My hand is badly swelled nad paining due to stuck in door.
Fortunately one police PCR came at that time, I shouted for help then driver open the door and I can ran and out of the bus in front of Govt college near bata chowk.
For this instance I called police on 100 and then I went police chowki Sec-14 to report the incident. I dont know the driver's name but conductor name is BAJRANG, Belt No.582, Haryana Roadways. Both Driver and Conductor are culprit for intentionally misbehave, physical extortion with a common man.
