I was travelling by the train 2792 on 20/06/2010 from Patna to Itarasi. Dinner was ordered and it was informed by the staff that the order has been booked and it will be served at 2000hrs. But unfortunately it was not served till 2130hrs after enquireis it was informed that they were very busy and when asked about not adhering to the timing one of the Pantry staff -Ramesh misbehaved and told where ever i want to make complaint, I can, Nothing will happen and no body will hear.
This type of behavior is very common by the pantry staff to all the passengers travelling by indian rails which bringing shame to the railways. Such staff must be punished very hardly to improve the system.
In the genral coach of 12864 yashwantpur howrah ex. at 1300hrs on 29/10/12 a pentry car staf misbehave to me. He said to me trough out from this train. He is also in group of pentry staf. So please take action on this mater.
