I bought Sony high end home theater with 5 speakers and woofer, somehow my system started giving some error by showing push power protector, the sony service person came to my home and after checking he said your 1 speaker wire is not working, I told him to replace 1 speaker's wire, he said you cannot change wire for 1 speaker you need to buy for all the speakers and that will cost you 4500 INR, This is totally un-reasonable cost and a effort to create monopoly so that customer is forced to buy parts from Sony at a much much higher cost.

I have most of my electronic products of sony, but this experience made it extremely bad and I feel like I am cheated and moreover I am thinking of sending them a legal notice and take this forward in consumer court.

All I can say this company is a cheat never buy there products..
