DELL India - mental harrassment caused by dell laptop customer care

i am repenting since the day i ve bought this system dell 1464. since the day(11 months back) i bought this system, whenever i have opened it i finish by calling customer care & talking to them for 1-1 & 1/2 hr( 30-45 minutes goes in waiting) ending up in repairing the system, AS IT JUST DOESNOT WORK.since then 2 the date, every part has been replaced except battery which now refusing to compliant its also gone. the worst part is my system is going out of warranty, hence I will be the 1 of the DELL victim ADDED TO THE LONG LIST OF PREVIOUS VICTIMS WHO BAUGHT THESE SYSTEM. sice today my system has been formated twice in which process i lost all my official dat, so you can make out what situation i could undergone as it inflicted on office profile.

funniest thing is that my system is now ever ready for formatting because i cannot store any data on this system AS IT NEVER WORKS, so there is no danger of loosing any data. I had loaded this system with antivirus twice the total cost of which 2500/- but in process of formatting both the softwares expired, as simply i couldnot reuse them. my system displays 2 items recycle bin & my computer. i havenot load it this system even with MS OFFICE as system just hangs on when i want to work.so finally I HAVE TO GO CYBERCAFE.

even if i am successful to reach to customer care, call will get disconnected after when ur in the middle of repairing process, & the technician dont bother to call u back because he knows very well u cannot reach him back, as u will have recall the toll free number hold the line u will be waiting for next 30 minutes, & again the technician on line would want u to narrate the whole story again, if somebody calling u in that period ur call displayed as wating for long time & ur friend smells of foul play or cheating, is it sound interesting as it has its IMPLICATION on your personal life too.

every time talk to technecian each & person woul end telling you different softare to load which are not compliant with ur system, so finally ur computer doenot work.

finally during my last compliant i had been told that system will be replaced, & after that none dell professional bothered to call back, so u have to keep waiting for their call.
WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY SIMLPLY DENIED THIS AS THEY COULD TRACE THEIR COALLEGUE WHO MADE THIS PROMISE.
& SUGGESTED ME TO CALL BACK ONLY WHEN i AM CARRYING SYSTEM WITH ME FOR THEY WANTED TO DO TROUBLESHOOTING THE PROCESS WHICH WAS ALREADY DONE & DESICISION ABOUT REPLACING THE SYSTEM WAS TAKEN.

this is just the briefing . however the problems R wide.
I JUST WANT DELL PEOPLE TO READ THIS & KEEP THE PROMISES WHEN THEY SELL THE SYSTEM, OR DELL WONT BE A LASTING NAME IN THE MARKET, AS I CAN ALSO AFFECT THIS BY NOT RECOMMENDING BUYING DELL ON LARGE SCALE IN MY ORGANISATION.
