Hi,

I have purchased flat no: 11 at second floor for 15 lac having 810 sqft area in Shiv Parvaty society around 30 Dec, 2010. I paid owner 2 lac and after that I paid stamp duty and registration with advocate fees around 1 Lac 5 thousand. After that i have applied for the loan in Union Bank and camp branch. I have completed whole documentation and at the last step, bank ask me to get society NOC in bank format as this document is mandatory for resale flat. Also bank officials gave me format then I have type that format and get printout and gave to the society for the sign and stamp but still society officials didn't gave me sign and stamp on it. Rather than they are just harrasing me mentally they are asking me to come at 7 pm then when i am reaching there then no will be there and when I went there at morning then they ask me to come at afternoon and when i went there then they tells me that we will arrange meeting and tell you. Some time they tell me we will come with document to your home. This is happening before 1 month daily and really I am frustrated.

Also I need to share some info that all chairman, society secretory and all these peoples was force me to purchase that flat and right now they are cheating, harrasing me. Because of that I suffer mental headache and some time my mind think more because I am loosing almost 4 Lac because of these peoples.


Please help me, I am going to lodge complaints in police station as well.
