I have a claim against Motorcycle which has not not being paid from your side for the last one year.I have called to Mr T N Malhotra (Mob no-********66)so many times but they are making me fool and speeking abusive words. when i visited to the office that is \"NIC DIV-26 AMCA House Ansari Road New Delhi-110002\" ,He has taken my Address \"I-112 Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092\" and committed me deliver the cheque by 31st march 2009 but still It was not delivered.Then Iagain went to his office and requested him to resolve the discrepancies.He told me I delivered to your address But I have not recieved till now. whenever I called him ,he always committed me to resolve the problem.
