Few days back got call from company executive saying - they've some promotional offer where free gifts will be given with holiday packages.
Offer Details : Holiday Package 3N/4D for 4 person in India @ Rs 10,499/-
Free Gifts : VIVO V5 mobile
Order ID : 142459261
Today when I'd received my package then noticed small college bag was given as a gift instead of VIVO V5 mobile.
Tried to connect with the execute but no luck.
Let me know what steps needs to follow here in order to get my money back.
