I used a matrix sim card to stay connected with my friends and family while I was traveling across China. Using an indian service was such a blessing there. With all the restrictions it was so convenient connecting to their support team and having to talking in the native language. I had to get my data services deactivated and because it was a matrix sim, communication was better. I was worried that they wouldn’t do it, but they actually did. Not only that they charged me only for the while that I used the data for. :)
