Standard Chartered Bank - Manhattanc credit card-Card enhancement auto renewal need to be reversed

Hi my name is Rohit and i am holding a manhattan credit card 412********12267 for past 4 years. In june 2009 i got a promotional call for card enhancement pack scheme where in i get an insurance on card, apollo health card and a standard chartered dining card.

However this was for one time and one year, i paid RS 4000 for it.. but on June 2 2010 this was again debited from my credit card account without my concent or proper information.

On chasing for almost 2 months on 22Aug i confirmed with customer care that the enhancement pack is reversed out. However i need to make 1200 as remaining balance which the insurance co didnt pay.

I really would like to understand from your side that if this was debited from my account and when the bank has got my full detail why it was not communicated to me properly and with who's permission the bank debited this renewal. I was not communicated by email,telephone or sms.

As per RBI guidelines a customer's account cannot be debit without his/her concent.

Now when i am asking bank to reverse out the remaining balance they are not willing to do so.

Please advise why this happening. I want all the charges to be reversed out
