I had bought N5220 Xpress Music handset on 26th December, 2010 and it is under warranty period.
Since, last five months, I am just struggling with the mobile handset.
After receiving the following mail, Mr. Sanjay Balmiki (my spouse) had contacted your Nokia gallery located near mulund station on 23rd March, 2010 and the customer care person had checked the handset once again and replaced the battery. But, still I have been facing the problems with the handset.
The list of the problems faced have increased now ;
1) Handset is working too slow. Gets handged too often.
2) Volume / speaker output has become too low.
3) Battery life has still not improved. Batter needs to be charged every after 8 hours, though, I do not use the handset so frequently.
4) Application on the handset do not work properly at all.
Its more than 4 -5 times, within the span of 5 months, I have visited Nokia gallery with the handset problem, but nothing seems to have happened.
I reitereate here, that I have been using NOkia since, last many years, and being loyal customer, I have never ever have used any other brand of handset till date. But this time, I feel, I have been cheated. The product is not worth buying at all. And it has compelled me now to think 10 times before I plan to buy any NOKIA handset or to recommend someone.
I am not intersted to keep on getting my handset repaired from your executives every now and then. Also, once warranty period will get over, you people will be least bothered for it. Hence, please arrange to get me cash money I have spent to buy this handset or arrange for the fresh repalcement.
