i have purchased the belt from big bazar on 26.05.2010 , whereas it get damaged & broken on 30.05.2010 , owing to improper quality and manufacturing defect
invoice number 21/13319 dated 26/05/2010

Complainant's Goal: replacement and compensation for the embarrasment I felt in the party
