I had placed an order of amount 1000 rs on an online shopping site "PHONOCART.IN". It was a ladies wear online website. It had no Cash on delivery option available , so I had to make advance payment. I tracked my order , which after 2 days showed the status as"delivered". When I didn't receive my order within the stipulated time, I mailed them and got a very vague reply stating that they will send it now. After 10 more days, I tried to visit there website to track my order,and I couldn't find their website. There was an error message shown on the screen. There website had been made unavailabe. I mailed them , asking about my order and threatening to make a complaint , but got no reply. Since then, there website had been suspended and I have been a victim of online fraud.
Now, I am scared about the safety of my intenet banking details, which I used for payment . Kindly look into this problem and oblige.
