Travelling - loot by hizras

All the passengers are vexed and annoyed and being looted by HIZRAS in groups. Being forbidden they do misbehaviour and start querrelling. Passengers feel very asamed. The railway department does not do anything and the RPF does not search the boggies and does not protect the passengers. Actually the RPF has become very HIZRAS. This happens on not one station but on all inbetween stations.
