Dear Sir
I am lodging a complaint against Planet Honda Rajajinagar Bangalore from where I have purchased a new Activa(White) on 25/06/2010. Normally all the showrooms give the delivery of the vehicle once the vehicle is registered with RTO. Hitherto I have not been given the registration no of the vehicle so that I am unable to drive the vehicle. whenever I enquire I have not been given a stisfactory answer for their failure to obtain the no. Now I am forced to go to Consumer forum if the issue is not setteled with in 24 hours. I request you to take the appropriate action on Planet Honda for their irresponsibility and lack of customer focus which put us in not using the vehicle insted spending money using other mode of transport to meet our daily commitments.
I hope you would take immediate steps to resolve the issue

Dear Sir
I had purchased the new activa on 10th August 2009,from Shree Dev Honda, Delhi Road, Mohkampur, Meerut , in the name of my Mother "Mra. Manju Gupta"and in only one year the back shokers are causing immense problem due to which i am not able to drive. By profession i am a Company Secretary and i was not expecting such a thing from "Honda", inspite of so many requests i am not getting any response as the dealer has refused to replace it. I want Honda should look into my problem otherwise I had to go to Consumer Forum under relevant section.
