I purchased the plot at hoodi circle. got home loan and paying EMI every month from past 15 months.

after registration, i went to the plot to construct the house, but local people came and demanding money to proceed with our plan.

they are demanding 9 laks, but it is beyond me.

then i approched local police, and court. got injunction order from the court. i thougt with the court order i can construction my dream home. ....

again same local people not allowed us for construction .. again approched the Mahadevapura police, but they are also help less because local people have polical support and local people filed a case against me stating that this land is belongs to them as per PANI(revenue records) with survey number, this is just false case and blocked the plot with thieir stones.

on the name of court case again demanded money, but i am not in a position to pay such huze amount. this is regular practice to them and maney bangalore local people just for moner creating problem to the non local people who is constructing house.

please help me to come out of this problem.
