MOBILE - Listener unable to hear my voice

Hi
Im using Nokia lumia 620 I purchased the Phone In moth of June15-2013 . since then till now I have been facing a lot of problems with the phone from the Audio issue to phone heating up problem .while on call Listeners not able hear my voice, lot of disturbance on connection... some time am unable hear caller voice or listener not able hear my voice. now my recent problem is the through Audio jack sound is not clear.. I am tired of getting Problem from this phones . the worst service of Nokia is from the Service centers , those people are not ready to listen to anything Ive paid a huge amount for a Phone from my heard earning and I need a replacement for it …
