ICICI Bank Limited - Levy of Quarterly Balance Charges

I have been levied QAB Charges of Rs.827/- for the period from January to March 2010 on 16/4/2010 by ICICI bank against my Saving A/C No.01********29 at Dehradun Branch.for not maintaining minimum monthly balance of Rs.10,000/- which is against the stipulated RBI Policy which mentions that levy of minimum balance charges to customer should not exceed Rs.250/-.

Complainant's Goal: Refund of Excess Charges levied by ICICI as per RBI Policy.
