BSNL Limited - Land line not alloted for past 7months

I am a retired Bharat Electronics Ltd (Bangalore) employee and a Senior citizen aged about 75years and settled at Vendore Thrissur Dist .I have used BSNL land line past 45 years in Bangalore with excellent service. Due to that I had opted for BSNL land line in Kerala. I had applied for land line and Broad band connection last December 2010 at Alagappanagar exchange limit. After this I had several time visited Sub-Engineer office Alagappanagar and heard several reasons for not getting the connection. The customer service in this office is very poor and they keep making you run around the office to meet the officer in charge. The main cable line to my house is only 50 meters distance from the main cable line junction. But when we communicate to the main office they keep giving all sorts of unreasonable reasons. If required I am ready to give the (KIMBALAM) Under the table medicine of RED TAPISM. Applicants who have applied after me have already got the connections about months back. So Sir, I kindly request you to do the needful and get me a land line connection.
