I belong to Ambala Cantt. and during my visit to Zirakpur, I went to your mall at Zirakpur. I purchased 3 KORYO ceiling Fans from Big Bazar, Zirakpur about a week ago vide bill No. 03432069457 dated 28.04.2012. During the installation of 3 fans at Ambala, 2 fans did not work. I went to Zirakpur specially from Ambala. The 2 fans were replaced by your staff on 30.04.2012. During the installation of 2 fans at Ambala, one of the fan did not work. It is very strange that out of 3 fans, 2 fans are working and that after 2 visits. One fan is still not working and I am again planning to visit Zirakpur today to replace the 3rd fan. I have already paid 2 times to the electrician to fix the ceiling and then to remove it.
Who will bear the payment for my visit to Zirakpur 3 times to replace the fans? It feel that I have made a mistake by buying KORYO fans from Zirakpur.
You are requested to please look into it.
