Karbonn Mobiles - Karbonn mobile is not working on the first day of buying

I buy Karbonn mobile model k661 and the same day hands free was not working and touch screen was not working. I try to call customer care but karbonn care no is fake (1800116666) telephone no(08041378858) was also not responding and local service centre phone no(0792656274) is also not responding. I don’t know now where to go and where to complain for this. I feel cheated by karbonn mobile company.
