I bought Karbonn K30 model on 03/09/2010. IMEI********0451473. From December 2010 onwards its sensor is not working. I was at bahrain that time that is I couldn't contact the service centre. I came back to India on 5th March 2011. From that date I started to contact the service centre at Kozhikkode, Talassery and Kannur centre to replace the sensor. Still the mobile is under arranty period.But always I got the same answer that we dont have stock and they are not ready to order or not willing to take initiative to do the customer service. Without sensor this mobile is fully unusefull.
Please take this is an urgent requirement because I have to go back to bahrain end of May. Please requesting you to do the needful to replace it as soon as possible.
I too have the same stupid problem
instead of depending on warranty, one should purchase good branded mobile. and if anyhow the fault came, just buy new mobile instead of wasting time on that. the software faults of android mobiles can be treated, but hardware faults of any mobile are not treatable cuz they are manufactured by machines and there is hardly anyway a human can repair them perfectly... so when I bought my karbonn A21 android phone, I just rooted it another day, I don't demand warranty from any brand. the mobile phones for me are just use and throw products. its really pain is head to get warranty benefits for mobile phones instead of other pruducts like AC, washing machine, Lcd monitors, etc...... but mobile phone and laptop warranties are just out of the universe.
I have the same problem with my karbonk30 mobile
i have a karbonn k30 mobile.but now i have a problem.the track pad,center switch and side switch are not working.what can i do?there is no service center for karbonn.if we have a karbonn service center there is no use.
