Mera mobile number hai 0********42. mere ghar rar bhi tat indicom ka hi number hai jo 4 sal purana hai. Last Saturday 18.07.2009 shyam 7.30 pm mere ghar wale ********42 se meri wife ne muje phone kiya . mere number ********42 par wel comes tune chalu hai. Sunday subah 10.00 am ke aas paas maine jab ********42 se ********42 par phone kiya to ********42 par wel comes tune chalu ho gai thi , wohi wel comes tunes jo mere ********42 par chalu thi, jab maine tata indicom customer care mai puchha to bole ki apki wife ne galtise * (star) dabaya hoga isliye apki wel comes tune copy ho gai hai, sir, muje ye batayiye ki meri wife last 3 sal se muje call karti hai aur use achchhi tarah pata hai ki star dabane se tune copy hoti hai, sir chalo phir bhi mai man leta hoo ki usse ye galti hui to kya service provider ka koi haq nahi banta ki wo custemor ko by sms or call se inform kare ki apne tune copy ki hai, muje na to sms mila na to kisi ne jankari di aur subah jab pata chala to service provide tata indicom ne mere ********42 ke account mai se 40 rs. Kaat liye the. Maine iss ke bare mai complain bhi ki to unhone kaha ki 2 din yane 20.07.2009 tak apka resolution aa jayega. Lekin kal tak yane 21.07.2009 tak jab koi call nahi aaya to maine phir customer care mai MR. BHAVIN se baat ki aur unse complain reference number manga to unho ne kaha ki sir maine apki complain lely hai aur save karli hai isliye apko reference number nahi de sakta magar apke mobile main sms aa jayega. Jab maine puchha ki agar nahi aya aur muje phir aap se hi baat karni ho to muje kya karna hoga kyuki ye sari baatain mai baar baar har kisike samne nahi dohara sakta to MR. BHAVIN ne kaha ki aap fir se customer care mai call kijiyega aur kahiyega ki muje MR.BHAVIN se baat karni hai, to apko majse baat karva denge, jab 45 minutes ke baad bhi sms nahi mila to maine phir customer care main call kiya to muje bataya gaya ki aisa call transfer hum nahi kar sakte, sir juth pe juth information de rahe hai ye customer care wale aur maine specifically kaha tha ki complain ke resolution ke liye muje ********42 par call kare to phir bhi ye log ********42 par phone karke meri wife ko dara rahe hai ki aapne * dabaya hog tohi ye hua hai. Sir apki jankari ke liye bata du ki muje welcomes tune ka bahot shoukh hai to maine ********42 par 50 se bhi jyada welcomes tunes subscribe karva chukka hu, maju taklif 40 rs.
