Almost all the senior residents and consultants of JNIMS IMPHAL MANIPUR has been selected without any advertisement. And some senior residents become assistant professors without any exam or advertisement. And some advertisement later remove the posts when no one is ready to pay bribe to the tunes of 30 to 40 lakhs. Eg. Advertisement. No.01/193/recruitment of staffs/JNIMS -2014. 11,AUGUST. LATER PMR POST HAD BEEN DELETED IN THE LATER ADVERTISEMENT AS THE CANDIDATE WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY 20 LAKHS TO DR. OKRAM HERAMOTH, RELATIVE OF CHIEF MINISTER, MR. O. IBOBI.

So some doctors who even passed from AIIMS, VELLORE etc don't have any opportunities to work in JNIMS if they have no money.
