System Domain - Irregularities in services and not refunding the course fees

Hi,
I am very disappointed with the services offered at Kormangala Centre of systems domain. How can these guys proclaim to be leader in imparting software training when they don\'t even have faculty for courses. Whatever enquiry comes to these guys they pretend that they have world-class faculty just to fool around with the persons career. There are lots of irregularities in this centre from the time of enrolling and during course delivery. Its highly recommended that no-one should fall for their courses and shouldn\'t enroll there.

I am also fighting hard to get my money back as there is no faculty and i have been enrolled almost 6 months back. Everytime i have been told that they will call me back.

Just to highlight the thing that i have gone through in past 5 months of my involvement with Systems Domain.

1. I enrolled in July and for first 1.5 month only 4-5 hours of classes were conducted. The trainer Mr.Rajaji din\'t even turned up for most of the classes despite Ms.Anusha telling me that i have a confirmed class. This faculty din\'t even had basic idea of latest .net courseware, for which he was supposedly giving training.
2. Then a new faculty Mr.Daya joined and he took my classes for nearly 10 days and then i told them that i will be out of town for a month and i was assured that my classes will be held once i am back.
3. I was back in October mid, and despite my regular calls to Ms.Anusha there, these guys din\'t even cared to arrange for my classes of .NET 3.5 for past 2 months.
4. I kept calling Ms.Anusha numerous times and everytime she said that she will arrange for class and will call me to provide the updates on that. I am out of patience now, as for past 2 months this lady is not even bothered to reply with updated information on my classes. Today when i call her up again she said, there is no faculty with us that is why she din\'t even returned my calls.
If that was the case why you guys made false promises to me.

I have sent them repeated reminders for refund of course fees paid, but they are not responding to that.
