Am advocate Vadivazhagan.I and I would like to give complaint about IPHONE SERVICE CENTRE ADAYAR who has given fake reasons for not repairing my iphone which was purchased only 6 months back (ie)on 4.3.2018 @ Poorvika Mobiles.

My IME No is 35********14298 and it is in the name of Vadivazhagan.I

I have given my mobile to icare adayar service centre with the following complaint.
"Mobile is hanging frequently and touch is not working properly. All the applications on my screen will be opened and automatically closed for some time"

first time I have given my mobile on 16.10.2018 and they have uninstalled my OS and installed once again. asked me to work for 2 days and if the same complaint is there then adivised me to give it for further repair since my mobile is coming under warranty (ie) 158 days was there still in my warranty period.

Same complaint came even after using 2 days I have decided to give it to icare service for further proceedings on 22.10.2018. pls note my mobile was in good condition at the time of giving the iphone to them and they are not supposed accept my iphone if it is not in acceptable conditions. why am telling this is because after 7 days they have informed that my mobile is having some bend which was not there at the time of giving the phone to icare and due to that they didn't repair the iphone mobile at all instead they have given back by saying fake reasons.

Since it is a pure manufacturing defecting defect (as per mr.vasanth who is the person accepted my mobile for service) and they are supposed to replace my iphone with the new one they have decided to give fake reasons for not repair. They are advising me to purchase a new iphone by paying rs.27000/= since it is not coming under warranty (mobile bend..no bend is there at the time of giving my phone to service centre).

am also a human being and within 6 months manufacturing defect is coming means it's a pure mistake of the company. Hence am requesting you to take it up and do the needful for further proceedings.
