Enormous options available in Market .But I never gone through options Because for me Apple is the first and last option ?
I am using Apple phone from long time Iphone3,3g,4,4S etc. This year I purchased Iphone 5 and has been swapped one times from Apple Store Srinagar Kashmir .I have lot of precious data on my phone (Icloud) my occupation is directly dependent of secure phone (Iphone).

Yesterday again my Iphone5 got Hanged as per the Apple store I have to change my Iphone once again and will deliver me new Iphone 5 within 10 days.I never gone though such a bad experience of changing and changing .Waiting for ten days for me is just 10 years without data and Contacts.
I request if you have any process of Replacing Iphone 5 with 5C or 5S I can go forward
