ICICI Bank Limited - Internet fraud, i am not satisfied with the ICICI bank way of recovery

I had a salary account in ICICI before 9 years, while i was working in a company, in the year 2003 in Electronic city, at that time i customer care executives use to call up and bug me up to avail credit cards and personal loans, even if we were not interested, but as it was a free with no charges i just went and apply the credit cards and the bank executive came and helped me to get a car loan and i got a maruthi omni van , and i was transacting in a good manner, all of a sudden i lost my job for six months and was not able to clear the EM I's for three months but i ensure i was remitting to the collection agents who use to come to our residence and give the acknowledgement for the amount paid, but in the year 2006 end when i was in office, i got a call from my home that some loan recovery agents have come and they are towing away my vehicle without informing or the bank , as per my knowledge when there is a vehicle seizing there has to be a bank executive and in their presence anything has to be carried out according to the procedure, which didn't happen, even though i went to the bank which is in bommanahalli branch and inquired about getting the mode of vehicle back , for which there was a lousy responses and excuses, so i happened to keep quite as the amount to be given was same as my down payment for the vehicle and the case was closed, after which there was no clue of the bank executives or the recovery agents, but on 17th december 2011 at 13:30 hrs in the afternoon i was heading towards bangalore railway station due to family emergency, suddenly when i was waiting for bus near brigade towers, a mob of 10 people surrounded me saying that they are from ICICI bank for which i asked their identity, for which they shouwed some recovery agents slip on which their was maxx consultants for ICICI bank, and they started to pull me into the other side of the road saying we will speak inside the office which is at brigade towers, but i refused saying this is not the way to approach any person even if he is a defaulter for that matter, after which i called up my lawyer and asked whether i can proceed with them for which he said dont go with them inspite ask them to come to your home and talk , the persons who identified themselves as bank executives were - Khan, bharath, karthik, they forcibly took away my cheque books and ID proof,

Actual scenario is , i have an account in face book, the bank recovery agents have adapted a new way of tracing the defaulters it seems they can hack in anybody's account or send a friend request saying they know you from school or old colegues, by that time you realise we would have accepted their friendship, and they send in friend requests in the name of girls, by creating a fake profile, and they will chat for a long time and one fine day they will call us for a cup of coffee if we go according to them we are trapped, so this is a new way and one of the way to recover the amount it seems,

Please suggest whethe this is advisable or not as the same incident happened with me, after our friends advocate rushed to the spot near MG road brigade towers everyone ran off by seeing the response from my side,

So i donot want anyone to face this kind of unethical approach from a so called reputed bank, please help me in this regard, as my life is at stake , this may happen again with me i want security from such agents.
