LIC of India - Intentionally not sending my MONEY BACK CHEQUE.

I am ASHOK SAH my LICI policy no.43444118 my address is- 149,Adarsh Nagar,Civil Lane,Konnagar,P/O-Bara Bahera,Dist-Hooghly,pin-712246(west Bengal) and i am using my brother mail site for the complain.This is my humble request to you my problem define below point by point:-

1- Name wrongly written in my policy is ASHOK KUMAR SHAW instead of corrected name ASHOK SAH,all required paper submitted to correct the name dt:- 27/01/2012 in LICI, UTTARPARA BRANCH,BRANCH CODE- (43G),HOWRAH DIVISION.

2-I am pay my quarterly premium dt-7/3/2012 and i saw correct name printed on my premium receipts is ASHOK SAH.

3-Money back cheque has come to my address Rs-6000/-received dt:-12/3/2012(Appox) cheque dt:-28/3/2012 but name was incorrect printed in my cheque is ASHOK KUMAR SHAW.

4-Onceagain cheque submitted to claims department for correction of correct name ASHOK SAH but Mr. S.R.SUNDIH(CLAIM DEPT) he has handle the all these matters, he has clearly told to me we are not able to give you cheque in MARCH year ending,and also not behaving good as a responsible officer with me and not entertain any more to me,the day was 16th march,2012,than i was complain the branch office and Howrah Division Office also dt:- 17/3/2012.

5-There after Mr.S.R.SUNDIH call to me in branch for getting Bank details on 23/3/2012, i gave all details.
Today is 26 April,2012 till the date i am not receive the cheque,and i am also gone to LICI Branch Office Uttarpara, the cheque is ready dt:-10/4/2012,laying at office but not been send to my address.I don't understand this activity is happened intentionally or not,
Please revert me why this is happened to me,why i faith A big trusted company in india.

Complainant's Goal: WHY ALWAYS SUFFERED A CUTOMER IN PSU SECTORS BY THE OFFICE STAFF.

I am Anand Saxena My policy No. 256799344, Its premium mode is ECS. But this mode is not activated. Many times I have requested to the my policy Branch:Sector-1, Noida-201301, Branch Code-25J, Last on 11/06/2012, Security Guard any Mr Shukla seated on customers help counter, he said to contact with branch manager Mr Ajay Kumar, The Manager finally replied that this policy can't run with ECS mode. and also, not behaving good as a responsible Branch Manager.
Please, You are requested to help me for my policy and investigate working system of this branch and take the legal action for this.
