LIC of India - Intentionally not sending my MONEY BACK CHEQUE

REFER TO YOUR COMPLAIN ID NO-11294,My policy no-434443118 which i am given to you by wrongly written the previous complain, I am not agreed to compromise by LICI feed back because this is not a few days matter this about of more than one month delayed despaching of my cheque and till i am not receiving the cheque, the company LICI furnishing the there details they are dispatch the cheque dt:-27 April 2012, after my complain lodged but 26th April 2012, when i am in the branch the cheque wil be ready but laying in the table of Mr S.R,SUNDIH. than they are decide to give me my cheque immediately, that is not satisfactory to me.

Please i am attaching all my documents with scan copy which i am given to LICI ,UTTARPARA BRANCH CODE (43G) for my money back cheque but now my intention is that person who Harassing me lot from feb2012,to till now, what about him to do the company.This is not only my matter i hope this is happened always in branch in efferent customer also, so please look this matter is highly intensive from yous side and i hope you are fever your customer fist than your employee.

Complainant's Goal: WHY ALWAYS SUFFERED A CUTOMER IN PSU SECTORS BY THE OFFICE STAFF.
