Mahanagar Gas Limited - Intentionally non response to my support request

I am a consumer of Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai.

Our Mahanagar Gas CA No. 10401100

The connection is registered in the name of Mark D Souza.

We have now purchased the flat and need to transfer it in our name i.e. Reena Shah.

I had made a request for this through your Customer Care number 1917 on the 22nd July 2010 (Call Reference No. 456663), when I was assured that the necessary forms would be couriered to us within 2 working days. Having not received it within a weeks time, we had called up their office several times since then till date, each time getting the same stereotype reply that it will be dispatched immediately and we would get it in two days. Now its been over a month and yet, the condition is the same.

The customer care personnel have also given me the Courier name (Opportunity Courier Services), but have not as yet given me the Acknowledgment number so that we could inquire if the forms were actually dispatched or we are just being fooled till date.

The support service that the company provides is pathetic and it reflects that they don't really care for the consumers at all. Its the height of mental harassment and we've been treated like fools.
