Aura Institutions Pvt. Ltd. - Institute is not responding to my queries. I have doubt it is a fake institute.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have enrolled in PG Diploma in Industrial Safety in Delhi Centre (Aura Institutions Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi) affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore. I have submitted required DD for admission into the course last year month of July 2010. So far, I have received 3 books by registered post at my mailing address. But, I am worried as I have not been issued University Registration Number, neither I have been issued any Identity Card. As you know that Online registration for examination have already started. Also the site provided for online registration is not opening. Kindly suggest me the way forward. From where I shall get my University Registration Number and I. Card. Please help me.
