Indian Railways - Indian Railways giving wrong information on its site

Today I had to travel from roorkee to ambala by 4523 muzaffarpur ambala exp. your site \"spot your train showed it to be late by 35 minutes. I reached the station at 6.05 am & found that the train had come at right time & had left roorkee at 05.50 am. kindly either post right information or close this site.

I support this complaint.there is a laccadiasical attitude of Rly staff.there is no LAGAAM on these staff from Rly Ministry.They are freely adjusting seats/space in reserved compartments.However,some decipline appears in SOUTHERN and CENTRAL RAILWAY rest is not discussable.

I support this complaint.
it is unfortunate that even phone no.139 does not provide updated information.on 4th of april,10 i was supposed to travel by Lichwavi express from Allahabad to delhi.initially train it was reported that the train is 45 min.late.there after it continued as 45 min. late though the train was late for 4hrs. approx.i was stranded in station for nothing.i could have arrive at station at 10 or 10.30pm.Instead of seeking Chief Ministership in Bengal it will be better if Rly. minister redress these problems.and it can be soved without incurring extra cost.
